With knowledge literally at our fingertips and available at the sound of our voice, we can “know it all” very quickly; yet is this good thing? It seems that we now live in a culture of cynics and critics that claim to know it all, while leading meaningless lives because they desperately lack one thing … wisdom. This Sunday, we will be taking a look at what we don’t know, so we can truly know what is most vital for our lives. Don’t miss this Sunday morning! ** Jesus to the Needy - Financial Need ** As part of North Bay’s global missions partner Alternative Missions, Jesus to the Needy brings hope, healing and abstinence-based HIV prevention education to vulnerable populations in South Africa and Swaziland. Joe and Averyl Morris touch many lives with the love and grace of Jesus, and currently have some financial needs that are exceeding their resources. Both have ill mothers in the U.S., who they are visiting and caring for, and one of their ministry vehicles needs to be fixed. Impulse. It’s more than what we add to our shopping cart in the checkout line. It’s that quick reaction to a risky situation. But even though it might feel great to take advantage of a “once in a lifetime” opportunity, impulsive decisions can lead to deep regrets because we rushed in without thinking. This Sunday, as we jump back into our summer series “Chasing the Wind”, we’ll learn how to overcome impulsive living without missing the unplanned moments God brings us. Also, don’t forget to wear your Hawks gear or colors, to welcome our Fan Fest visitors!

Fan Fest 2019 THIS WEEKEND** From August 16-18, it is estimated that thousands of people will be flooding Birch Bay for an event called Fan Fest, where Seahawks fans from all over the Pacific Northwest come together to celebrate their ‘Hawks. CTK North Bay will be promoted during this event, inviting Seahawks fans to our services this Sunday, August 18th. As a way of connecting with and welcoming fan visitors, please wear your Seahawks swag and colors on the 18th. Go Hawks, and Go Jesus!
